Browser Behavior

The tables below detail the behavior of different browsers when invoking a url through BrowserLauncher2. The first column covers the behavior when an instance of the browser is already running. The second column notes if the browser supports forcing urls to be handled in a new window.

*Users will always get a new window so trying to force a new window will succeed but the browser does not support arguments to force a new window.
